3 delicious recipes for desserts without sugar and flour! Great flavor with no burden on your body!

People are divided into two basic groups: those who love desserts and those who love desserts 🙂 This is facilitated by the magic of a stomach that cannot fit even one small potato, but can surely fit that piece of cheesecake, no questions asked 😉 Sometimes, however, health does not allow us to be absent minded at a store with pastries and eat whatever we want to eat.

Therefore, it is worth learning and using recipes, which are not only very tasty, but do not require great sacrifices and calorie counting.

1. Potatos

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup shelled walnuts
  • zest from 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • sesame seeds, shredded coconut, cocoa powder

Directions:

Grind the nuts in a blender and place them in a bowl or on a plate so that you can easily mix the ingredients together. Grate the zest on a fine grater. Chop the raisins in a blender or by hand, and then add the honey and zest; stir until a smooth paste remains. Add the paste to the bowl with nuts and mix with a fork. Wet your hands, shape the hardened mass into balls and roll them in coconut, cocoa or sesame.

Leave the cookies for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator to harden.

2. Fruit Salad

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 persimmon
  • 2 sweet apples
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • a few fresh mint leaves for decoration

Directions:

Thoroughly wash all fruits, peel them and cut them into equal cubes. Pour lemon juice over the apples to keep them from going dark. Mix the fruit and insert into cups, pour yogurt on top and you’re done! You can now add the mint leaves.

3. Extremely delicate

 

Ingredients:

  • 0.45 lb (200 g) of shelled sunflower
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Directions:

Pour the honey into a pot and when it heats up add the sunflower seeds, cooking on low heat and stirring so as not to burn the mixture. When the mass starts boiling, take it out and put it on a sheet of baking paper and divide into pieces using a knife and finally, leave to cool.
