Nowadays, lots of people are removing animal products from their diets, especially i dairy products. Many people have switched over to a vegan diet, which excludes these types of products.

Nowadays they’ve gotten their good reputation back. It has been proven that eggs have been improving substantially for the past several decades. Today’s eggs have about 70% more vitamin D and contain about one fifth fewer saturated fats than those hatched by our grandmother’s hens. Furthermore, they contain one tenth of the cholesterol and 13% fewer calories.
