I regret that I began to look more closely at what I eat only after having health problems, but as they say, it’s better late than never. Since then some time has passed and I have consistently chosen products with good ingredients during everyday shopping. They’re not always organic, because I don’t always have access to them, but I read the labels and put into the cart only what is not full of chemicals. And I try to cook without chemicals. Contrary to appearance, it’s not as time consuming as it may seem, and it’s not too expensive :).

Today I have a recipe for vegetable broth made without a bouillon cube for you. For some, there is no such soup without this ingredient, but all you need is just a few small culinary tricks to get a really delicious taste.

Ingredients You’ll need:

– 3 carrots,
– 2 parsleys,
– 1 celery bulb, a small leek,
– 2 onions,
– 3-4 cloves of garlic,
– parsley (fresh or dried),
– lovage (fresh or dried)
– the main ingredient of the famous soup seasoning!,
– olive oil,
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
– half a teaspoon of turmeric,
– 5 laurel leaves,
– 5 bay leaf grains,
– 12 peppercorns,
– 3 liters of water,
– salt and pepper for taste.
