Talking about feelings is not easy, especially at the beginning of a relationship. Fear of exposing your emotions makes many people never get together because they are paralyzed by fear and do not know that they are feel something for each other.

Gathering up the courage and confession of love is especially difficult for teens who are experiencing tough puberty. This problem was noticed by Beth David and Esteban Bravo, animators at the Ringling College of Art in Florida, and they decided to create an animation showing how difficult it is to talk about their feelings and to show them.

Initially, it was supposed to be a typical animation about a boy and a girl, but they decided to change the concept. Beth and Esteban came to the conclusion that the film should talk about homosexuality, because disclosure of feelings by people of different orientation is a very serious life step, requiring great courage.

The recording is titled “In a Heartbeat” and aims to increase tolerance for homosexuals by showing that homosexual love is no different from heterosexual feelings. The LGBT environment is a delightful animation.

The film has quickly spread around the net, and its reception is different: one 4-minute story either totally moves, and for others angers and is scandalous …. The rating is up to you.
