Bacon Cheese Egg Breakfast Wrap 2


  • 2 strips of bacon, cut into pieces,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 flour tortilla,
  • 1-2 slices cheddar cheese,


  1. On a medium heat fry bacon in a skillet until crispy, about 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan and drain excess fat.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl. Pour the eggs onto same skillet. Set on medium heat, and as eggs begin to set pull gently eggs across the pan to form curds. Continue doing this until they are fully set. This will take about 2 minutes. Add cheese slices on top of eggs and remove from heat.
  3. Place tortilla on flat surface. Add eggs with cheese and bacon onto tortilla. Fold together to create a wrap, so ingredients won’t fall out. Place tortilla fold side down on the skillet to create a seal. After a minute flip over to brown the other side.
  4. Serve hot.
