Bacon Crackers

Ingredients:

  • about 12 ounces of crackers
  • about 4 ounces of bacon strips
  • brown sugar.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. Cut bacon strips to match your crackers length. Place them lenghtwise on each cracker.
  3. Transfer crackers to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle a generous amount of brown sugar onto the bacon.
  4. Bake for 4-6 minutes, until the bacon becomes crisp and the sugar begins to melt.
  5. Cool before serving.
