Bacon Wrapped Cauliflower



  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • ½ package of bacon



  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Wash the cauliflower and trim the leaves and stem off.
  2. Position the cauliflower stem side down, then lay a strip of bacon across the cauliflower, tucking the ends of the strip under if there’s excess. Continue laying strips of bacon over the cauliflower with a slight overlap, rotating as you go, until the whole cauliflower is covered.
  3. Set on a rack over a rimmed baking sheet to catch the grease as it drips, then bake in the preheated oven for one hour to one and a half depending on the size of your cauliflower and the thickness of your bacon.
  4. When the baked bacon cauliflower is ready, the bacon will be well-colored and the cauliflower al dente.
