Baked eggs in a bread bowl
Serve these baked eggs for breakfast or brunch. They’re easy to make and very cheap!
Ingredients:
- 4 bread rolls,
- olive oil,
- mozzarella cheese,
- onions,
- cooked ham,
- tomato slices,
- 4 eggs,
You can use as much or as little ingredients, it all depends on Your preferences.
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 360F (180C)
- Slice off top of the bread roll and gently remove some bread until there’s enough space to accommodate an egg.
- Add some olive oil to the bottom of the rolls, next add mozzarella cheese, onions, cooked ham, tomato slices.
- Next crack an egg into each roll, top it with another layer of mozzarella cheese and cooked ham. Sprinkle some chives on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
