Simple and easy recipe for gluten-free pancakes, made only with 3 ingredients!
- 1 egg,
- 1 banana,
- a couple of blueberries,
- In a medium sized bowl combine together egg with banana. Using a fork mash the banana.
- Fold in a couple of blueberries, try not to smash them.
- Drizzle a little oil to a preheated skillet and using a tablespoon add the batter. Try to make small pancakes, they will be easier to flip.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with maple syrup.
