While wandering around the malls in my city I found a very cheap ice cream mold. I was tempted to buy it, because I had never even tried making homemade ice cream. I’ve always thought that without a decent ice cream machine, there’s no point in even trying. Boy was I wrong!
I decided to start out simple, so as not abandon the idea half way. I also didn’t want to waste too much time on planning, let alone opening the freezer and stirring the ice cream to make sure it’s creamy, fluffy, etc. That’s why I came up with the idea of ice cream where most of the work will do be done for us by a blender and some spare time 🙂 And what do you know, it came out delicious!
