- 1 grapefruit,
- 1 banana,
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach,
- 1 cup water.
- Peel your grapefruit and banana
- Remove all seeds from the grapefruit
- Layer your ingredients with the spinach on the bottom and the banana on the top. Pour water on top and blend on high for 60 seconds.
