Not all of us are volcanoes of energy immediately after waking up. I begin noticing reality only after my first cup of coffee. That’s why I try to prepare my breakfast the day before.
Cold oatmeal, which had been sitting in the refrigerator overnight, is the perfect breakfast for me, but sometimes I want to eat something warm with plenty of meat. That’s why I came up with the idea of making a “breakfast frying pan,” where minimal work leads to maximum taste 🙂
- 1 lb. ground turkey,
- 1 cup tomato sauce of choice,
- 4 large eggs,
- salt and pepper to taste.
