Cheese Stuffed Spinach Rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 pound spinach pizza dough,
- 7 – 10 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes.
- 2 tbsp butter, melted,
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning,
- 1 garlic clove, minced.
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces. Flatten a piec of dough and place 2 – 4 cubes of cheese inside, sealing dough around the cheese tightly.
- Place on the bakin sheet seam side down and continue with remaining dough. Cover and let rise until puffy, about 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl combine the butter, italian seasoning and garlic. Brush all over every roll with butter mixture, then sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve very warm.
