  • 1 pound spinach pizza dough,
  • 7 – 10 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes.
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted,
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning,
  • 1 garlic clove, minced.
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces. Flatten a piec of dough and place 2 – 4 cubes of cheese inside, sealing dough around the cheese tightly.
  3. Place on the bakin sheet seam side down and continue with remaining dough. Cover and let rise until puffy, about 30 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl combine the butter, italian seasoning and garlic. Brush all over every roll with butter mixture, then sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve very warm.
