- 1 pound cooked cauliflower, warm
- 2 large eggs,
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese,
- 1/2-3/4 cup bread crumbs,
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper,
- salt and pepper – to taste.
- Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Using a potato masher mash everything together.
- Coat the bottom of a skillet with olive oil over medium high heat. Form the cauliflower mixture into patties and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
