Chia Fruit Water

Ingredients:

  • a large bottle or jar
  • cold water
  • fruit of your choice (I used kiwi and lime)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to the bottle or jar and shake well.
  2. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and shake again.
  3. Drink within a couple of hours.
