Thys chocolate chia smoothie recipe tastes decadent, but is actually easy to make and great for you! I love the silky smooth texture of this smoothie. It reminds me of a chocolate pudding, and it’s amazing 🙂
- 2 bananas,
- 1 cup baby spinach,
- 3 tbsp chia seeds,
- 2 tbsp unsweetend cocoa powder,
- 1 tbsp honey,
- 1 cup of milk,
- 1 cup of ice cubes.
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 60 seconds.
