Garlic has a lot of uses and beneficial properties. It’s considered a natural antibiotic inhibiting the growth of bacteria. Apparently it’s enough to eat one clove every day, so that after several days, you can feel its beneficial effects on your body.
The healthiest garlic is the raw variety, but the peculiar smell which it gives off, discourages people from frequently consuming it. Despite this, we should overcome its smell, because the plant truly gives remarkable effects – it helps fight infections, protects against heart attack and stroke, aids digestion, lowers blood pressure and destroys parasites.
Garlic is also useful for ear infections. You have to put a piece of garlic inside your earlobe (do not push it in too deep) and leave it there for a few hours and preferably overnight. The next morning, the symptoms should disappear or be reduced significantly. If you are concerned about the clove falling out, you can crush it and put it in some gauze. Then insert the gauze into the earlobe.
Many people have confirmed the effectiveness of this method, so it’s worth trying it out for yourself. If it won’t help you, it certainly won’t hurt you. “Onion hearts”- the youngest part, located in the middle of vegetables, have similar properties. As in the case of garlic, you should put it into your ear and wait a few hours.
