Research shows that more than 60% of adults spend more than 6 hours in front of a computer screen, tablet, smartphone, or TV, which exposes them to the so-called blue light.

Blue light, particularly if the body is exposed to it for long periods of time, has a negative impact on health. And although the eys are the most vulnerable, they’re not the only part of the body to suffer if we overuse our mobile devices or LCD screens.
