Slimming beverage with parsley and lemon
- 1 lemon
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 glass of water
- Optional: 1 small fresh cucumber
Directions (how to prepare it):
Finely chop the parsley and put it into the glass of water (may be blended). Then add the lemon juice and optionally, shredded cucumber. Mix thoroughly.
