Eggs in a baguette
Simple and delicious recipe for the easiest baked eggs! This couldn’t get any easier! All you need is a small baguette and eggs.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs,
- 1 small baguette,
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°C.
- Using a small knife cut 4 holes for eggs. Try not to cut all the way.
- Crack one egg into one hole. Season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap baguette in tin foil, leaving the top part uncovered. This will prevent the baguette from toasting too much.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, until the egg whites are set.
