Eggs in a baguette

Simple and delicious recipe for the easiest baked eggs! This couldn’t get any easier! All you need is a small baguette and eggs.



  • 4 eggs,
  • 1 small baguette,
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375°C.
  2. Using a small knife cut 4 holes for eggs. Try not to cut all the way.
  3. Crack one egg into one hole. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap baguette in tin foil, leaving the top part uncovered. This will prevent the baguette from toasting too much.
  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes, until the egg whites are set.
