- a large banana
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 4 cups of water
Boil the water in a pot and add the chopped banana. Be sure to cut off the banana endings! Cook for 10 minutes, pour into a cup and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Drink an hour before bedtime!
