- 3 cups strong flour
- 2 tsps dry yeast
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup cold water.
- Place all ingredients (except water) in a bowl of a standing mixer. Start mixing on low and add water.
- Mix for 7-10 minutes.
- Spray a large bowl with cooking spray, put the dough ball in and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
- Before making pizza let dough heat up in room temperature for 1 hour.
