A delightful twist on a traditional strawberry doughnut. Easy to prepare and yet an impressive dessert.
- 4 glazed doughnuts, halved horizontally,
- 20 strawberries,
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (500ml),
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar,
- 1 teaspon of vanilla extract (optional)
- Beat cream, sugar (and vanilla extract if you want) in a glass or metal bowl with an eletric mixer until stiff peaks form.
