This old building was built in 1890. It has a rich history that is associated with its location. It is located in Ledroit Park, a north-western district of Washington, only 3 km to the White House!

After long consideration the owner of the unkempt apartment decided to renew it. The renovation cost approx. $ 50,000. The owner devoted a lot of time turning it into a habitable place. He did all the work by himself!

At the very beginning he did the plumbing and invested in a decent door. Then came the rest. He installed LED lighting in different colours that brightened the gloomy interior.
