They are tasty, readily available, and when we take one, we feel like we could eat the whole package. This is a very addictive little something, which is hard to resist.
Those produced conventionally are high in calories and don’t serve our health well. It is therefore smarter to choose something healthier and oil-free. Today we present a recipe for delicious zucchini chips. See how to prepare them!
You will need:
– one small zucchini
– bread crumbs
– Parmesan cheese
– garlic powder
1. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and soak in milk for 10-15 minutes.
2. Put the bread crumbs onto a plate and combine with the Parmesan, salt and garlic.
3. Thoroughly toss the slices of zucchini in the batter until they’re covered on both sides.
