Kiwi-Apple Smoothie

Easiest way to start a day on a high note? Try this smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 2 apples
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation:

 

  1. Peel your carrot and kiwi fruits, core your apples
  2. Slice into small chunks
  3. Layer all the ingredients into the blender, with spinach on the bottom. Add 1 cup of water
  4. Blend on high for 60 seconds.
