Kiwi-Apple Smoothie
Easiest way to start a day on a high note? Try this smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 2 apples
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 carrot,
- 1 cup of water
Preparation:
- Peel your carrot and kiwi fruits, core your apples
- Slice into small chunks
- Layer all the ingredients into the blender, with spinach on the bottom. Add 1 cup of water
- Blend on high for 60 seconds.
