Kiwi-Banana Smoothie

This simple yet delicious smoothie is a quick and easy way to get kids to eat spinach. 

0005 Kiwi-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 2 kiwi fruit,
  • 1 banana,
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach,
  • 1/2 avocado,
  • 1 cup of water.

Preparation:

  1. Peel your kiwi fruit and banana.
  2. Peel and remove the pit from your avocado.
  3. Layer all ingredients into your blender and blend on high for 60 seconds.
