  • 2 kiwi fruit,
  • 1 banana,
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach,
  • 1/2 avocado,
  • 1 cup of water.


  1. Peel your kiwi fruit and banana.
  2. Peel and remove the pit from your avocado.
  3. Layer all ingredients into your blender and blend on high for 60 seconds.
