Kiwi-Banana Smoothie
This simple yet delicious smoothie is a quick and easy way to get kids to eat spinach.
Ingredients:
- 2 kiwi fruit,
- 1 banana,
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach,
- 1/2 avocado,
- 1 cup of water.
Preparation:
- Peel your kiwi fruit and banana.
- Peel and remove the pit from your avocado.
- Layer all ingredients into your blender and blend on high for 60 seconds.
