Loaded Pierogies



  • 1 to 2 pounds cooked pierogies,
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped and cooked,
  • 2 sliced green onions, white and green parts,
  • 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped,
  • 1/4-1/2 cup shredded cheese,
  • sour cream/mayo/ketchup for dipping.



  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place cooked pierogies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle on top shredded cheese.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes, until cheese starts to brown.
  4. Remove the pierogies from the oven, transfer them into a serving dish and immediately sprinkle with green onions, tomato and bacon.
  5. Serve with sour cream/mayo/ketchup for dipping.
