70% of health and beauty depends on what we eat every day, so it’s important to know about nutrition. We must realize which products serve us, and which on the contrary don’t. What’s important is the way of composing meals and, just as in life, what matters is choosing the right company.
Some combinations can be very disadvantageous and even though each component individually contributes to health, if combining them together isn’t recommended as it may prove to be useless or harmful. See which combinations you’re better off avoiding!
1. Tea + lemon
Tea leaves contain a lot of aluminum, which is in a form that’s indigestible by the body. The addition of lemon causes the aluminum to become absorbable. Its accumulation contributes to Alzheimer’s disease.
To prevent this, it’s best to avoid brewing a strong tea and lemon juice is best added only after the tea cools.
2. Cucumber + tomato
On the face of it, it’s an ideal component in many salads, but it’s really not! Cucumber juice destroys vitamin C that’s in tomatoes.
If you cannot give up this combination, then add the cucumber a moment just before eating, so it doesn’t have time to let juice out.
