Here’s what you need:

– few red onions
– olive oil
– balsamic vinegar
– salt and pepper
– aluminium foil
– a sharp knife.

Cut the onions into a few pieces and pour drizzle them with some olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar. Cover everything with aluminium foil and put in the oven at medium temperature and bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on the size of the bulbs, the time may be slightly shorter or longer).
