Spiced Pear Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 pear cored and diced,
- half of a banana,
- 1/4 cups oats,
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon,
- 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt,
- 3/4 cup milk,
- 1 tbs honey.
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
