Stuffed shells

Simple yet delicious recipe for stuffed shells. Hearthy and tasty, ideal for dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz of uncooked jumbo shells,
  • 18 oz of ricotta cheese (500g),
  • 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese,
  • 1 large egg,
  • 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning,
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce,
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Boil water and cook shells according to directions on package. Drain them.
