Quick and easy recipe for a delicious strawberry pie! It’s sweet and very tasty.
- Shortbread crust (frozen pie shell – not deep dish),
- 15 ounces strawberries,
- 3 tbsp strawberry jello,
- 3 tbsp potato starch,
- 1 cup of sugar,
- 1 cup of water.
- Bake the pie shell according to the instructions. (13-16 minutes 360°F),
- In a pot combine jello, potato starch, water and sugar. Bring to a slow boil and let boil for 3-5 minutes, until it thickens. Set aside to cool down.
- Pour the filling on top of the pie, then add strawberries. Let the pie set up for a couple of hours.
