Summer Strawberry Pie

Quick and easy recipe for a delicious strawberry pie! It’s sweet and very tasty.



  1. Shortbread crust (frozen pie shell – not deep dish),
  2. 15 ounces strawberries,
  3. 3 tbsp strawberry jello,
  4. 3 tbsp potato starch,
  5. 1 cup of sugar,
  6. 1 cup of water.



  1. Bake the pie shell according to the instructions. (13-16 minutes 360°F),
  2. In a pot combine jello, potato starch, water and sugar. Bring to a slow boil and let boil for 3-5 minutes, until it thickens. Set aside to cool down.
  3. Pour the filling on top of the pie, then add strawberries. Let the pie set up for a couple of hours.
