Spinach leaves contain a lot of needed nutrients. They protect against atherosclerosis, contain lutein, beta-carotene and vitamin C. They are also rich in folic acid, potassium and iron. It is, therefore, worth preparing a variety of dishes with them as an ingredient as often as possible. From spinach casseroles and dumplings to green pancakes, which not only look great, but are also delicious.
Spinach doesn’t always please the taste buds of the youngest ones, so today we present a clever way to sneak it into pancakes. Just blend a glass of leaves and add some pancake mix. Of course, fresh leaves are the best, but if you don’t have any, you can replace them with frozen ones.
