Reception is a department where anything can happen.
Every year, hospital admissions increasingly overflow. Unfortunately, most people who end up there are in good condition and should go see their general practitioner but they don’t want to go through the process of registering, so they decide to go to the hospital for a visit. Because of these people the time to see a doctor for help is lengthened.
Patients who are barely sick are the main brunt of most emergency departments. Their presence makes it so that medical staff are unable to keep up with their work and lines begin to form. The worst thing is that these patients have an attitude with doctors and nurses.
The level of patience for this type of behavior was exhausted in this German nurse from the town of Esslingen. After hearing a patient’s complaint for the umpteenth time, who shouldn’t have shown up to the emergency room at all, he published a dramatic picture and issued a short plea.
