These exercises are recommended for people who have spinal problems as well as those who struggle with pain and a strained back. Regularly and properly doing these exercises will bring you relief and protect your back against future serious injuries and illnesses. Remember that prevention is equally as important! Repeat the movements calmly and smoothly. Don’t rush! The quality of the exercise is more important than the number of times you repeat it. It is best to do the following exercise set everyday or at least 3-4 times a week.
If you have severe back problems, consult your doctor or physiotherapist before performing these exercises. Overall these movements are completely safe, but for people with spinal deformities, slipped discs and other injuries they may turn out to be inappropriate.
