- 1 pound ground turkey,
- 1 large ripe avocado, cut into chunks,
- 1 garlic clove, chopped,
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs,
- 1/2 tsp salt,
- 1/4 tsp pepper.
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and combine well.
- Shape into desired size patties and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, until well cooked.
