Turkey Avocado Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey,
  • 1 large ripe avocado, cut into chunks,
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped,
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs,
  • 1/2 tsp salt,
  • 1/4 tsp pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and combine well.
  2. Shape into desired size patties and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, until well cooked.
