Vegetarian Greek Salad
Ingredients:
- 2-3 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 4 ounces olives, pitted and chopped
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound (cooked) penne pasta
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to cooked penne pasta. Mix well and serve.
