Vegetarian Greek Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 4 ounces olives, pitted and chopped
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound (cooked) penne pasta
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to cooked penne pasta. Mix well and serve.
