Another day with temperatures around 93-98°F. I’m not a summer person, I love long, cold snowy nights, when You can cuddle yourself into a nice, warm, soft blanket.
But that aside, I had some coconut water left from earlier recipe, so I googled for a recipe in which I could use that cup of coconut water. This recipe from SoFabFood caught my attention. It uses my favorite fruit – watermelon. And it’s healthy! So don’t wait and give it a try, it tastes amazing! It’s so refreshing I’ve been making this every week 🙂
- 1 cup cubed watermelon (or in shape of balls, like I did 🙂 ),
- 5 – 6 mint leaves,
- 1/2 cup coconut water,
- 2 cups of good quality water.
