1. Tight pants
At present, very popular pants are the so-called slim or skinny pants. Meaning tight, straight pants. They are a big threat to your health! When they are too tight, they can cause many problems with blood circulation, which can lead to extreme venous insufficiency. Especially when you’re sitting down, take care not to strain your veins. Legs in tight pants may get numb. Rigid and tight pants will give you more problems than good.
