When we are tired and lack energy we willingly reach for a cup of coffee, which effectively stimulates the body. Some people prefer to drink instant coffee, while others can’t imagine a day without “real coffee”, like ground themselves and with brewed grains.

Coffee accelerates the flow of blood in the body and promotes the elimination of toxins. Rather than buying expensive anti-cellulite cosmetics containing caffeine, it’s better to create your own product. Just mix a few teaspoons of coffee with oil and regularly apply the mixture to the skin.
If you have your own composter, you should start adding grounds. This will increase the amount of nitrogen!!
