In any case, on the one hand, we hear all the time that we should reach for fruits and vegetables, take care of our health, and on the other hand, we look at the terrible substances found in products in order to preserve them during transport.
Big companies don’t talk about how it’s possible for fresh vegetables to reach us from thousands of kilometers away. Unfortunately, the pressure is on them to earn as much as possible, with the smallest cost and least effort so that the companies go for quantity not quality. Therefore, more and more fruits and vegetables in stores have things that are harming us instead of helping. The results of the research carried out by the European Food Safety Authority, which represent the amount of pesticides and chemicals in products, have been released.
