When this three-year-old dressed up as her favourite princess, she heard shocking words. A child should never be treated this way!
When I grew up, I was a happy child surrounded by the love of my parents and siblings, certain that nothing wrong could happen. Even if there was cruelty, hatred or evil somewhere in the world, I wasn’t aware of it.
Unfortunately not every little person is so blessed. Some children from an early age must struggle with difficulties and adversities that are inconceivable for their small minds.
This three-year-old girl, Samara Muir, was very brutally introduced to the world of racism and prejudice. The worst part is that everything happened on the one of the happiest day in her short life. The stupidity of some people always surprises me!
Just like every child, Samara loves Disney movies, especially those with princesses. Her favourite character is Elsa from “Frozen”.
When local mall organized an event in Disney theme, the girl was delighted. She had long dreamed of dressing up as her favourite princess – and finally she had the chance.
Little Samara, dressed as Elsa, patiently waited in line with her mother, Rachel. And then something happened which destroyed her world.
THIS LITTLE PRINCESS IS NOT BLACK, WHITE, GREEN, RED, PRUPLE,,,,,HIS SKIN COLOR IS BEAUTIFLUL A PRINCESS IN NOT UGLY BUT ONLY BEAUTIFUL.. HAPPY DAY LITTLE PRINCESS,,,GOD BLESS HER
She is one of the most beautiful little girls I have ever seen, and she really does look like the princess that she is.
To Dorothy and Charles for your comments : I couldn’t express my feelings properly without getting SERIOUSLY ANGRY at just about everything about this little sweethearts story until I read your comments. Thank you for putting into words feelings I could not convey. This little gorgeous sweetheart should NEVER have had ANYTHING like that said to her and I am totally disgusted at the way she was treated. The other mother needs some serious social counselling (I’m trying to be politically polite) either that or she needs a swift kick up the backside. Little one, you are very very pretty and it doesn’t matter EVER – what colour your skin is. I’m white. Nothing outstanding about that. You have a beautiful darker skin than I do. So……? I don’t see a problem. Unfortunately others do. That’s THEIR problem It should NEVER have to be yours. Honey, you enjoy your lovely costume and your wonderful happy day and NEVER let lousy biased ridiculous comments like that effect the way you feel about yourself. You are a lovely little girl with everything life can bring and every opportunity waiting for you. So go take it kiddo and show that “Other mother” what you’re made of. Frankly I really don’t think the other lady deserves to be called a “Mother” because any good mother these days would never teach her children racism in its ugliest form or any other kind of form. I wish you strength, love and happiness young lady. Go forward and be happy. And give your own Mother a very large hug from us all. I think she might need one as well. All the VERY BEST for the future.
The mother of the little girl should have turned around and ask the “white” woman, if she dont like coloured people whats she is doing in Australia as it belongs to the aboriginals and not the white english trash who stole it.
Yes they are only true Australians the others are descended from ex jail birds thieves and murderers.
